This Role Is a Strong Fit If You Are:

• An experienced residential plumber looking for something better

• Have 2+ years of residential plumbing experience (required — more is welcome)

• Have a stable, committed work history (this isn’t a fit for job hopping)

• Strong in troubleshooting, communication, and customer service

• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs., bend, stoop, and work in tight spaces

• Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record

• Able to pass a drug screen, background check, and driving record review

• Comfortable using an iPad, smartphone, and basic digital tools

• Value teamwork, professionalism, and continued growth
