Duties

• Develop and execute strategic plans to establish and grow the residential plumbing operations within the local market.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of technicians, plumbers, and support staff to ensure high performance and excellent customer service.
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, project management, quality control, and compliance with safety standards.
• Drive business development efforts by identifying new customer opportunities, building relationships with clients, and expanding service offerings.
• Manage profit and loss responsibilities by monitoring financial performance, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue streams.
• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
• Lead sales initiatives by developing marketing strategies, promoting services, and ensuring customer satisfaction to foster repeat business.

Requirements

• Proven management experience in residential plumbing or related trades with a strong background in supervising teams.
• Demonstrated success in strategic planning and executing business growth initiatives within a startup or rapidly expanding environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams, foster collaboration, and drive results.
• Experience managing profit & loss statements, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of project management principles with the ability to oversee multiple jobs simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
• Skilled in process improvement methodologies to optimize workflows and operational procedures.
• Excellent sales acumen with experience in business development and customer relationship management.
• Relevant technical knowledge of plumbing systems, safety regulations, and industry best practices is preferred. Pay: $100,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
