Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Residential Property Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients find their ideal home or investment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and promote residential property listings across Abu Dhabi
• Conduct property viewings and client consultations
• Provide expert advice on pricing, market trends, and legal procedures
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and developers
• Negotiate offers and close residential property transactions
• Stay informed about new developments, off-plan launches, and resale opportunities
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential real estate sales
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s residential property market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
• UAE real estate license or willingness to obtain one
• Professional, self-motivated, and client-oriented
