Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Residential Property Specialist to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the residential market, excels at client engagement, and can confidently guide buyers and sellers through every step of the property journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through calls, networking, referrals, and digital platforms
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients
- Advise clients on pricing, market trends, community insights, and investment potential
- Maintain strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s residential communities and upcoming developments
- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships to encourage repeat business
- Collaborate with marketing, admin, and CRM teams to support the sales process
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential real estate sales (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and a client‑focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
