As the Residential Purchasing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:

Coordinating and completing purchases for individuals’ personal needs, supplies, and program necessities with agency policies, budgets, and regulatory requirements
Ensuring all IRA’s have adequate stock of necessary supplies
Maintaining accurate financial documentation, inventory tracking, and reporting to support program operations and compliance
Submitting financial documentation when requested and/or by required deadlines

Residential Purchasing Coordinator Minimum Salary: $22.00

Residential Purchasing Coordinator Maximum Salary: $22.00

Residential Purchasing Coordinator Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm *some flexibility with hours*

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
Prior experience with IDD population
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable working vehicle
