Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Residential Real Estate Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in the buying, selling, and leasing of residential properties, while delivering exceptional client service and maintaining a strong understanding of the housing market. Candidates must have their own visa and be ready to start immediately. Also very much essential candidate must have owners database.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties.
• Conduct property viewings, market research, and comparative market analyses.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
• Provide professional advice on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
• Prepare and present property listings on company platforms and portals.
• Negotiate offers, draft agreements, and coordinate documentation with relevant parties.
• Maintain an updated database of properties and client interactions.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships with high service standards.
• Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets.

Requirements

• Own visa is mandatory (valid UAE residence visa or other required local visa).
• Minimum 1–2 years of residential real estate experience (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the local residential real estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills.
• Valid driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred).
• Proficiency in CRM systems and property listing platforms.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working on commission.
