Residential Real Estate Paralegal

Small midtown law firm is looking to hire a real estate paralegal / assistant with 2 years of residential bank closing experience. Position is office based, however ability to conduct closings outside of office a plus. The successful applicant will posses strong organizational skills and have the ability to handle multiple files at a time. Communication skills must be excellent as this position will require consistent interaction with borrowers, attorneys and bank loan officers. The ideal candidate should also have experience preparing and reviewing loan documents. We look forward to welcoming the right person.
