Residential Real Estate Property Maintenance Director

Long established local Concord Residential Property Managment Company needs a person with strong communication skills, some basic computer skills, (word, outlook for email), Appfolio etc. and some knowledge of property maintenance, or property management background. This person needs to take owner and tenant calls and coordinate maintenance, for things like water and plumbing leaks, water heaters that go out, roof leaks, AC and or Heat systems that fail, painting property, fence repairs, yardwork, etc. We have a long term established contractors and handymen list of workers we know, trust and use so the job is taking the calls, and coordinating the work. For the right person we will train and teach you. Work hours are Monday through Friday 9-5. Our very nice office is located near the Sun Valley Mall in Concord, and your title would be maintenance director. You will have a private office, computer, printer, scanner, and support system.
