Residential Roofing Admin

Detail-oriented Residential Roofing Administrator in Gaithersburg. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless execution of commercial roofing projects by managing administrative functions and supporting project management teams. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the administrative operations of commercial roofing projects to ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to meet project goals and requirements.
• Prepare and manage contracts, proposals, and change orders.
• Maintain and organize project records including schedules, budgets, and material orders.
• Support project managers in tracking installation progress and ensuring specifications are met.
• Handle invoicing, billing, and payment tracking for completed projects.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Assist in addressing project issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate safety inspections and enforce safety standards on job sites.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in commercial roofing or construction administration.
• Strong understanding of roofing systems and installation processes.
• Previous experience in administrative or project management roles within the construction sector.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
