Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Residential Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of residential properties, building strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional service throughout the buying process. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with potential buyers, understanding their needs and preferences to match them with suitable properties.
  • Conduct property tours and presentations, showcasing the unique features and benefits of residential listings.
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and local developments to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Identify and pursue new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Provide exceptional support throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to closing and beyond.
  • Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless transaction process.
  • Prepare and manage necessary paperwork and documentation for property transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in residential real estate sales is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
