Duties

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions
• Install new plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances following blueprints and schematics
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding tools, and other construction-related equipment safely and effectively
• Perform remodeling tasks such as pipe replacement or re-routing during renovation projects
• Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment necessary for plumbing installations or repairs
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and service reports for each job

Skills

• Strong construction plumbing experience with knowledge of pipe fitting, soldering, welding, and pipe threading techniques
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction site safety protocols
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting complex systems
• Physical strength for heavy lifting and working in confined spaces or at heights as needed

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
