Residential Solar Installer

We are seeking a skilled Solar Installer to join our team. As a Solar Installer, you will play a crucial role in the installation and maintenance of solar energy systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in renewable energy and sustainable practices.

Duties
- Install solar panels on rooftops or other structures
- Assemble and install solar racking systems
- Connect solar panels to electrical components
- Assist in the electrical wiring of solar energy systems
- Perform routine maintenance on solar installations
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes

Experience
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of high voltage systems
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
- Familiarity with forklift operation
- Ability to work on rooftops for panel installation
- Understanding of schematics and fixture installation

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with wiring of solar systems
- Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour
