Must be willing and able to cover call outs if they occur.
About the Role:
As a Residential Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing a dynamic team and ensuring the well-being of both our clients and staff. You will be responsible for:
Leading and supporting our Community Coordinators, including providing training, managing schedules, conducting performance evaluations, resolving staff issues, and ensuring staff are delivering the highest level of care.
Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our program, including client care, house operations, and adherence to policies and procedures.
Being the primary point of contact for families, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident in the care their loved ones are receiving.

Has relevant experience working with adolescents in mental health (see qualifications below).

Is a strong communicator, with the ability to connect with families, clients, and staff in a professional and empathetic manner.
Other Requirements:
Must be 21 years or older.
Must successfully complete background checks (including ADP Selective Screening Services).
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field OR a High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of experience in a direct care or human services position.
Possess valid driver’s license with ability to be insured by our auto insurance policy which includes, but not limited to, the following requirements: 4 continuous years of driving experience, 21 years of age or older, less than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, and no more than 1 major violation in the last 3 years.
What You’ll Do:
As a Residential Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
Support Organizational initiatives and meet key performance indicators such as overtime, unplanned discharges, staff retention, etc
