Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:00 AM start | 35–40 hours (we pay you 40 if you finish under 40)
Typical Finish: Mid-late morning

Joseph J. Brunner Inc. is a family-owned waste and recycling company with 79 years in business. We are hiring a Residential Helper to assist on residential trash routes.

This is a physical, outdoor job that requires reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Ride on the back of a residential trash truck
• Collect trash carts, cans, and bags
• Work as part of a two-person crew
• Safely and efficiently service assigned routes
• Communicate with the driver and follow safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions year-round
• Able to repeatedly lift and move carts, bags, and heavy objects
• Team-oriented attitude
• Prior labor, landscaping, construction, or warehouse experience is a plus (not required)
