** The position applies expert-level knowledge of program regulations and policies to maintain adherence to all
funder and licensing requirements for programming within the Residential, Youth and Employment Services
Department. Job duties include conducting regularly scheduled and random compliance monitoring of the
program site, student and staff files, health and safety logs, emergency procedures, billing compliance of funding
sources, as well as regularly reviewing and analyzing program data. To carry out these duties, it is expected that
this position will obtain and maintain expertise in the application of early childhood education programming, Head
Start rules and regulations, licensing regulations, employment services best practices, and other best practices.
Ensures that the program meets or exceeds program objectives, oversees the provision of high-quality services for
program participants, and further ensures on-going compliance with funder requirements and agency policy and
procedure. Position requires interaction with team members, program participants, and community stakeholders.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Working conditions are generally inside the building. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and bending. Occasional lifting or pushing, up to 50 lbs. May require working in a classroom environment. Occasional work outside, on a playground, or community events. Office noise level is low, classroom and gym noise levels can be loud. Must be willing to use personal vehicle for service provision.
POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK Full time Monday through Friday. Some evenings and weekends are required.
LOCATION Position located at 2660 Larimer St. Travel between VOAC sites throughout the Denver metro area is required on a regular basis.
SALARY RANGE: $59,000-$65,000 annual exempt
