Summary

We are seeking a Residential HVAC Install Manager—Lead, Mentor & Oversee Residential Projects—to join our team in the East Bay Area, this role is vital in ensuring the successful installation and management of residential HVAC systems while upholding our company's values of quality and customer care.
Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
• Mentor and support installation teams to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality.
• Coordinate project schedules and manage resources effectively.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all project activities.
• Foster a positive team environment aligned with company values.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in residential HVAC installation management.
• Network of Installers in the industry
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent project management and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency with construction management software such as ProCore or Primavera.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Effective time management skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and building codes.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
