- Client Interaction:
- Warmly greet and welcome guests, offering beverages and directions.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle inquiries about services, pricing, and availability.
- Process transactions (cash, credit cards) and issue receipts.
- Address client complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Scheduling & Administration:
- Accurately book, confirm, change, and cancel appointments.
- Manage client records, updating contact and billing details.
- Coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle opening/closing procedures and administrative tasks.
- Spa Operations:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Provide information and tours of facilities, promoting services, packages, and retail products (upselling).
- Assist with inventory checks and stock levels for retail and supplies.
- Support other staff and follow safety/sanitation policies.
