Full Job Description

Join our team as a Shuttle Driver at Camp Margaritaville Resort Crystal Beach! We are a warm and inviting resort where people from all walks of life come together to create paradise. Our core purpose is simple: create and deliver fun and escapism—and our team plays a big role in making that happen every day.

As a Shuttle Driver, you’ll be one of the first and most memorable interactions our guests have. In this role, you’ll safely transport guests and team members throughout the resort using golf carts while providing friendly, engaging service that enhances the overall guest experience. If you’re energetic, personable, and enjoy interacting with people, this is a great opportunity to be part of a fun, guest-focused environment. This is a tipped position starting at $13/hour. Full-time.

Key ResponsibilitiesShuttle Operations:

Safely transport guests and team members throughout the resort using 6–8 passenger golf carts.
Follow all traffic rules and safety procedures to ensure a safe ride at all times.
Maintain awareness of surroundings, pedestrian traffic, and resort activity.
Assist with loading and unloading passengers when needed.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of golf carts, including daily cleaning and upkeep.
Manage charging schedules to ensure carts are operational throughout shifts.

Guest Experience:

Greet all guests with a warm, welcoming, and friendly attitude.
Create a fun and engaging atmosphere during each ride, helping set the tone for a memorable stay.
Share knowledge of resort amenities, activities, and local attractions.
Provide directions and helpful information to enhance the guest experience.
Build rapport with guests and create positive, lasting impressions.

Resort Support:

Assist with guest arrivals by helping guide customers to their RV sites when needed.
Support site readiness by assisting with light cleaning of RV sites for arrivals and departures.
Provide general assistance across departments during peak times or as needed.
Serve as a visible and approachable presence for guests needing help around the resort.

Customer Service & Safety:

Deliver exceptional guest service by going above and beyond to meet guest needs.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers at all times.
Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth resort operations.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 25 years of age.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing personality.
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of local attractions and resort amenities is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods.
Must adhere to all resort policies and safety procedures.

Flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays based on resort needs.

Additional Requirements:

Position may be subject to random drug and alcohol testing in accordance with company policy.
