Are you passionate about empowering girls, strengthening communities, and building a brighter future? GSDSW is seeking a dynamic Resource Development Specialist to expand donor engagement, grow partnerships, and champion our mission.

What You Will Do

• Implement creative annual giving campaigns.
• Manage donor relationships using DonorPerfect.
• Use DonorSearch to identify donor prospects and strengthen pipelines.
• Create inspiring donor communications and stewardship touchpoints.
• Support corporate sponsorships and grant development.
• Represent GSDSW at community events and build partnerships.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with DonorPerfect and DonorSearch (required).
• 1–3 years in philanthropy and donor relations.
• Demonstrated experience in nonprofit fundraising, including donor cultivation, stewardship, and relationship-based philanthropy.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for the Girl Scout mission.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
