Resource/Floater Teacher

Duties:

- Work with Social media apps, computer applications, MS Word, Excel, etc. Create marketing and business development materials and activities.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities.
- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive discipline techniques.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and address any concerns or questions.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents/guardians as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and protocols.

Skills:

- Experience working with young children in a caregiving, babysitting, or nannying role.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom setting.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with young children.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
