**Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an AMA-accredited Associate Degree program in Respiratory Care
• Valid Respiratory Therapist license in the State of Rhode Island
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) preferred; Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) is a plus
• Experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive comprehensive training
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role
