Required Skills/Experience: Ability to work independently (Critical Access Hospital), Comfortable with being only RT on shift, Strong critical thinking and problem solving, Experience in ER and Critical care settings. Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend as needed. On-call as needed. Floating Requirements: As needed.
