Contingent/temp licensure is not accepted.

Seasonal Flu Vaccine is required if working during flu season (September 15-April 30th).

Must be fully vaccinated (exemptions are reviewed on a very limited basis).

Required Skills/Experience:

• Must have vent experience in an acute care setting.
• Ability to draw arterial blood gases.

Required Credentials: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in respiratory therapy

Special Requests: No Block Scheduling for any Travelers at Salem.

Shift & Scheduling: Days/Eves Rotate and EOW
