Summary:
Provide advanced respiratory care services to pediatric and adult residents in a home-like setting.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with physicians to develop and adjust care plans

• Deliver and monitor respiratory therapies per plan of care

• Perform evaluations and diagnostic tests (e.g., lung capacity, blood gas levels)

• Administer treatments including oxygen, chest physiotherapy, and aerosol medications

• Monitor residents and equipment, reporting changes to physicians

• Maintain accurate records and follow best-practice protocols

Qualifications:

• Certified CRT or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

• Strong knowledge of respiratory care practices
