Required Skills/Experience: Both PICU and NICU Experience required.

Special Requests: All time off must be included on submission to be considered. Time off not included on submission will not be requested or approved.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Weekend expectations (i.e. Every other weekend): 6 weekend shifts per 6 week schedule
• Holiday expectations (i.e. 1 major, 1 minor): 1 major, 1 minor

Floating Requirements: General care assignment outside of assigned ICU.

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
