Respiratory Therapist

Respiratory Therapists play a vital role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care and at Glencoe Regional Health. We’re seeking a dedicated therapist to join our collaborative team in a full-time, weekday-only role that supports both professional fulfillment and work-life balance.  

This position will provide respiratory care for acute care, transitional care unit, pharmacological and non-pharmacological stress tests, pulmonary function tests, and other RT specific programs. The respiratory therapist collaborates with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes and contributes to the team in the provision of diagnostic, respiratory, emergency, and critical care according to department and organizational procedures and practices. Aspects of provided care include assessments, diagnostics, treatment, education and discharge planning.

Education & Experience

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in respiratory therapy. Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) required. 
• Licensed as a Respiratory Therapist (RT) in the state of MN or temporary RT permit.
• Certifications: BLS, NRP and ACLS.
• Strong communication skills, a positive bedside manner, and a commitment to patient centered care. 
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• EMR experience preferred; Epic/Excellian knowledge is a plus. 

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation decisions are made based off several factors including relevant work experience, education, certification and licensure as well as internal equity. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of their salary range.  

Hourly Range: 

CRT $26.21 to $36.73

RRT $33.87 to $49.22
