Additional Details:

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to WA state regulations. (Nursing positions only)

Required Skills/Experience: Delivery experience. Experience with Puritan Bennett, Draeger, Airvo2, and Panda.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Trauma experience preferred. All age groups experience preferred.

Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. Block schedules required.

Unit Details: Adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population. Family maternity and OB patients, including C-sections. Arterial punctures and administering medication. -Parking Cost: No Fee

Shift & Scheduling: No call. Every other weekend. 6-7 weekend shifts per contract.

Floating Requirements: May be asked to work between the two sister facilities, including Providence St. Joseph's Chewelah.
