We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our team at a Respiratory and Rehabilitation Center in Rhode Island. This is a full-time position with a 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM schedule, offering $40–$43 per hour in competitive pay.

About the Role:

As a Respiratory Therapist, you will provide quality respiratory care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehab setting, working closely with the nursing and clinical teams. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing respiratory therapy treatments and assessments
• Monitoring residents’ respiratory status and reporting changes as needed
• Managing oxygen therapy, nebulizer treatments, CPAP/BiPAP, and related respiratory equipment
• Working closely with nurses, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Documenting treatments, progress, and resident responses accurately
• Maintaining a safe, supportive, and professional care environment

Requirements:

• Active Respiratory Therapist license in Rhode Island
• Respiratory therapy experience preferred
• Experience in a skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care setting is a plus
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
