We’re offering a
sign-on bonus
for qualified Respiratory Therapists:

$12,000 for therapists with 0-1 year of experience (2-year commitment) accepting a full-time role
-
$20,000 for therapists with 1+ years of experience (2-year commitment) accepting a full-time role
As a limited time offer, specific to this location, enjoy an additional $10,000 upon completion of your third year of employment!
Sign-on bonuses also available for part-time positions and will be prorated based on commitment.

What You Need to Get Started:
Education & Experience:
-
Graduate of a CoARC-accredited Respiratory Therapy program required
-
As part of our career ladder, levels require different experience levels - but you can start with no experience!
-
Senior level requires willingness to complete a project to benefit the profession, hospital, and/or unit
Licensure & Certifications:
Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) required.

RRTs certified after July 1, 2002 must maintain NBRC certification per NBRC guidelines.

CRTs can take advantage of dedicated support, including tuition assistance, exam reimbursement, and paid study time as they work to become RRTs.

Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license required in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
-
Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
Clearances (as applicable):

Act 33 Clearance (with renewal)

Act 34 Clearance (with renewal)
-
Act 73 FBI Clearance (with renewal)
