We’re offering a sign-on bonus for qualified Respiratory Therapists:

• $12,000 for therapists with 0-1 year of experience (2-year commitment) accepting a full-time role
• $20,000 for therapists with 1+ years of experience (2-year commitment) accepting a full-time role
  
  

As a limited time offer, specific to this location, enjoy an additional $10,000 upon completion of your third year of employment!

Sign-on bonuses also available for part-time positions and will be prorated based on commitment.

Final title and compensation are determined based on your education, experience, and certifications.

What You Need to Get Started:

Education & Experience:

• Graduate of a CoARC-accredited Respiratory Therapy program required
• As part of our career ladder, levels require different experience levels - but you can start with no experience!
• Senior level requires willingness to complete a project to benefit the profession, hospital, and/or unit
  
  

Licensure & Certifications:

Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) required.

• RRTs certified after July 1, 2002 must maintain NBRC certification per NBRC guidelines.
• CRTs can take advantage of dedicated support, including tuition assistance, exam reimbursement, and paid study time as they work to become RRTs.
• Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license required in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
  
  

Clearances (as applicable):

• Act 33 Clearance (with renewal)
• Act 34 Clearance (with renewal)
• Act 73 FBI Clearance (with renewal)
