Job Description:
As a Respiratory Therapist at Elevate Care, you will play a vital role in providing respiratory care services to patients with breathing disorders. You will assess patient needs, develop and implement personalized care plans, and work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine respiratory care requirements.
• Develop and execute individualized respiratory care plans.
• Administer respiratory treatments, medications, and therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to therapy, adjusting care as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care techniques and self-management strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient care activities.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance respiratory care services.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Respiratory Therapist license.
• Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
• Experience with mechanical ventilation and critical care is a plus.
