CareBuilders at Home – Youngstown OH is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our Home Health team in Vienna, OH. As a Respiratory Therapist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in their homes, providing life-changing therapies and treatments that promote independence and quality of life. Respiratory Therapist Home Health is a part-time role that offers flexibility and the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory therapy services to patients in their homes, including oxygen therapy, nebulizer treatments, and ventilation management

• Conduct patient assessments and develops individualized plans of care in collaboration with the healthcare team

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patient responses and progress

• Educate patients and their families on proper respiratory care techniques and provide ongoing support and guidance

• Collaborate with caregivers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes

• Participate in patient care conferences and meetings to discuss patient progress and develop treatment plans

• Respiratory Therapist Home Health will work closely with the healthcare team to ensure seamless transitions and coordinated care for patients

Requirements:

• Current Respiratory Therapy certification (RRT) or current registration with the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)

• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field

• Minimum 0 years of experience in respiratory therapy, with a strong foundation in pediatric and adult respiratory care

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

• Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies, and to stand for long periods of time

• Respiratory Therapist Home Health is part-time, with flexible scheduling options available
