Schedule Options:

• Full-Time | 12-hour shifts | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, with weekend rotation

• Part-Time | 12-hour shifts | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality respiratory care to residents, including ventilator and tracheostomy patients

• Accurately document and verify respiratory care procedures

• Perform clinical assessments and interpret respiratory therapy equipment and test results

• Troubleshoot equipment and resolve respiratory care issues

• Maintain effective communication with medical team and staff

• Educate nursing staff on respiratory protocols and best practices

• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and HIPAA policies

Qualifications:

• Licensed/Certified Respiratory Therapist

• Strong clinical skills in airway management, mechanical ventilation, CPR, blood gas collection, etc.

• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Passionate about caring for patients in a collaborative setting
