How You’ll Lead:

• Champion the Program: Oversee the daily operations of our respiratory services, ensuring top-tier care for residents with diverse pulmonary needs.

• Empower Your Team: Act as a mentor and coach to our RT staff, fostering a culture of clinical excellence and continuous learning.

• Clinical Expert: Provide hands-on respiratory therapy, from vent management to weaning protocols, while ensuring all documentation is "survey-ready."

• Collaborative Partner: Work closely with the Director of Nursing and Physicians to develop individualized care plans that get results.

• Innovator: Keep our facility at the forefront of respiratory trends and technology to improve resident outcomes.

Your Qualifications:

• Credentialed Pro: Current Pennsylvania Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license and NBRC credentials (RRT preferred).

• Experienced Leader: A background in a hospital or SNF setting, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory or "charge" role.

• Problem Solver: You remain calm under pressure and can think on your feet in a fast-paced clinical environment.

• Communication Ace: You can explain complex clinical concepts to families and staff with clarity and empathy.
