Respiratory Therapy Manager

Job Summary

Provides leadership, direction, and administration of all aspects of clinical activities to ensure accomplishments of objectives; Directs and supervises the facility operations, financial affairs, employee, and patient care services; Manages effective operations for a specified dept(s), with 24 hour responsibility for all clinical, human resource and business functions; Participates in advancing the leadership agenda for the department, and contributes to the advancement of personnel.

Qualifications

Education

• Required
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Associate’s degree in Healthcare
• Preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Experience:

• Required
  • Evidence of Leadership or Management experience

Certification/Licensure:

• Preferred
  • Respiratory Therapist
