Lead Clinical Assessment and Care Planning Take command of respiratory health by evaluating patient needs and developing tailored plans of care that align with diagnosis and long term recovery goals.
Master Advanced Respiratory Modalities Deliver expert care using sophisticated ventilation and treatment technologies to stabilize patients and drive superior clinical outcomes during critical windows.
Champion Real Time Clinical Communication Act as a vital link in the medical team by meticulously monitoring patient conditions and providing high fidelity data to ensure safe and effective care transitions.
Empower Patients Through Specialized Education Provide compassionate guidance to patients and families regarding their health conditions while connecting them to essential community support and recovery programs.
Support Rapid Emergency Resuscitation Respond with precision and decisive action as a key member of the emergency code team to provide life saving respiratory interventions during high pressure situations.
What minimum qualifications you'll need:
Licensure / Certification / Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

One or more of the following required:
-
Respiratory Therapist specializing in Registered credentialed from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.

Respiratory Therapist credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Respiratory Care obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
