Respite Provider [Part-time]

We're looking for a Respite Provider based or near Kettering, OH 45420!

1. Household, Family Stabilization & Advocacy
Focuses on maintaining a stable home environment through coaching and support.

2. Community & Group Engagement
Focuses on social integration and community-based skill building.

3. Mentorship, Growth & Intensive Intervention
Focuses on behavioral goals, emotional regulation, and life transitions.

We value the unique skills you bring to the table. Pay rates are tiered based on your credentials and will be discussed in detail during our virtual interview process.

Tier 1: Foundational Support

• For Entry-level candidates with a High School Diploma/GED and a heart for service.
• Focus: Track 1 and basic Track 2

Tier 2: Certified Support

• For candidates with an Associate’s Degree, specific technical certification (e.g., CNA, STNA, CDCA, RBT) and/or relevant years of experience.
• Focuses on Track 2 and basic Track 3.

Tier 3: Degreed Professional

• For College graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree in a human-services or related field.
• High-intensity Track 3 support and Clinical Cases.

To ensure the safety of our members and compliance with state regulations, all Providers must have/complete:

• Trauma Informed Care Practice Training
• De-Escalation Strategies Training
• First Aid & CPR [Must be a current, in-person certification (e.g., American Red Cross)]
• Ability to pass a background check

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Per diem

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week

Work Location: In person
