Job Purpose :To assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant and bar while maintaining service excellence and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

•Supervise service team to deliver consistent, professional, and friendly service.

•Support the manager in staff scheduling, training, and operational planning.

•Ensure cleanliness, setup standards, and service readiness at all times.

•Handle guest complaints efficiently and follow up with appropriate solutions.

•Assist in inventory, requisition, and cash handling procedures.

•Promote teamwork, discipline, and a positive work environment

Requirements:

•Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in F&B service (preferably in a 4/5-star property).

•Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

•Good product knowledge in food, wine, and beverages.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
