Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Oversight: Supervise daily operations of multiple F&B outlets, ensuring consistency in service, quality, and compliance.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage outlet managers and staff. Foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth across all outlets.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with chefs and culinary teams to design and update menus based on trends and customer feedback.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve escalated issues.
  • Compliance & Safety: Enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all locations.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate performance reports, analyze KPIs, and implement strategic improvements.
  • Marketing & Promotions: Coordinate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotions and events.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in multi-unit F&B management
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Financial acumen and budgeting expertise
  • Knowledge of food safety and regulatory standards
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to travel between locations as needed
