Fine Dining Steakhouse seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant General Manager. As an AGM, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of service, overseeing operations, and ensuring the utmost satisfaction of our discerning guests.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the General Manager to oversee all aspects of fine dining restaurant operations, including staff management, guest service, food and beverage quality, and financial performance.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and developing a skilled and attentive team, fostering a culture of excellence, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Maintain an impeccable dining environment, ensuring adherence to high standards of cleanliness, ambiance, and overall guest experience.
- Work closely with the culinary team to maintain exceptional food and beverage quality, consistency, and presentation, aligning with the restaurant's vision and concept.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels, placing orders and managing costs while ensuring availability of premium ingredients and supplies.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to maximize efficiency, from reservation management to seating arrangements and table turnover.
- Actively engage with guests, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective cost-control measures.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 Years experience as a Senior Level Manager in an upscale/fine dining setting
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team.
- Strong knowledge of fine dining operations, including service etiquette, food and wine pairing, and luxury guest experiences.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a passion for maintaining the highest standards of quality and excellence.
- Proven ability to deliver personalized and memorable experiences to guests, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sound financial acumen, with the ability to analyze reports, manage budgets, and drive profitability.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with restaurant management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
