Restaurant Bartender-352

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages while delivering exceptional guest experiences to restaurant, bar, pool, beach, and cabana guests. This role combines hospitality, product knowledge, speed of service, and personality to create memorable resort experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and service standards
• Deliver exceptional guest service while creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere
• Maintain extensive knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and menu offerings
• Process guest orders accurately and efficiently through the POS system
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the bar and service areas
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Assist with bar setup, breakdown, inventory, stocking, and replenishment
• Collaborate with servers, runners, and management to ensure seamless operations
• Follow all company, safety, sanitation, and beverage control procedures

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, resort, beach club, or high-volume hospitality environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
• Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in indoor and outdoor conditions
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Responsible Vendor Training or equivalent certification preferred
