- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and service standards
- Deliver exceptional guest service while creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain extensive knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and menu offerings
- Process guest orders accurately and efficiently through the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the bar and service areas
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Assist with bar setup, breakdown, inventory, stocking, and replenishment
- Collaborate with servers, runners, and management to ensure seamless operations
- Follow all company, safety, sanitation, and beverage control procedures
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, resort, beach club, or high-volume hospitality environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
- Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
- Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in indoor and outdoor conditions
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Responsible Vendor Training or equivalent certification preferred
