Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages efficiently in a timely manner
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, utilizing POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards
• Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering and basic retail math calculations
• Engage with guests to promote specials, upsell menu items, and enhance their overall experience through excellent customer service
• Assist with banquet, catering, or nightclub events as needed, ensuring seamless service during busy periods
• Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary to keep operations running smoothly

Requirements

• Proven restaurant experience with a strong background in food service or hospitality environments
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred
• Experience working in fine dining settings or nightclubs is a plus; banquet experience is also valued
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a welcoming atmosphere
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving practices
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for sales transactions and cash handling accurately
• Previous experience in retail math or cashiering roles enhances your ability to manage sales effectively
