Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables promptly to prepare for incoming guests, ensuring a tidy and inviting dining area
• Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and delivering necessary items to guests as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping floors, wiping down surfaces, and removing trash regularly
• Support food handling procedures by ensuring proper sanitation practices are followed during table clearing and setup
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs efficiently
• Help with basic setup and breakdown of dining spaces during shift changes or special events
• Uphold health and safety standards by adhering to food industry regulations and hotel or restaurant policies

Requirements

• Prior experience in food service, catering, or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
• Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in maintaining a hygienic workspace
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
• Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
• Experience working in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus but not mandatory
• Reliable, energetic, and able to stand for extended periods while performing duties effectively
• Knowledge of serving etiquette, kitchen operations, or the food industry is advantageous
