We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Butcher to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for preparing, cutting, and portioning meat and seafood for our restaurant while maintaining high quality and hygiene standards.
Responsibilities:
- Butcher and prepare meats, poultry, and seafood according to recipes and portion standards.
- Ensure freshness and proper storage of all products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the butcher station.
- Follow health and safety guidelines in handling food and knives.
- Assist kitchen staff as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a butcher or in a professional kitchen.
- Knowledge of meat cuts, preparation, and storage techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, hygiene, and safety.
