Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic candidate who has the knows and hows to Provide a professional and courteous service at all times and ensure that all employees of the assigned outlet follow the example.
- Ensure that the place of work and surrounding area are kept clean and organized at all times.
- Execute and demand the team to execute the highest level of service and set up standards at all times.
- Understand thoroughly the concept of the outlet and train all employees of the outlet in regard to the concept.
- Actively participate in menu design in cooperation with the company's Head Chef and Chef
- Produce reports and analyses of the outlet and present reports in the monthly P&L meeting
- Lead the outlet efficiently in cost and expenses, constantly delivering the highest quality as well as driving high top-line revenue and profit.
- Conduct monthly inventory of operating supplies and equipment
- Monitor operating supplies, and equipment and reduce spoilage and wastage successfully.
- Manage daily or weekly meetings with the kitchen team and foster teamwork to constantly develop the outlet for more success.
- Constantly improve product quality by sourcing the best available products.
- Monitor and constantly improve the quality and guest satisfaction of the outlet.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in the outlet in a courteous and efficient manner
Minimum Requirement
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position or a related field with a proven track record of success.
- Experience in a 5-star luxury hotel company is essential or a reputable Cafe chain or with similar restaurant experience.
- Advanced Communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Restaurants operations & Computer systems, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and POS system
- Excellent English speaker
