Restaurant Call Center Coordinator

Job Description/ Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Customer Service:

· Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally.

· Ensure to obtain customer information (name, contact information, delivery address, birthdate etc.)

· Provide menu and product lists, product information accurately.

· Offer recommendation and answer questions about the product.

· Inform customers about specials, promotions, new menu items and any upcoming events.

· Upsell additional items to increase sales.

· Assist customers with placing orders through various channels, including phone, app, or website.

· Confirm reservation/order details, including time, date, and party size.

· Input orders into the POS system and ensure they are delivered to the back of the house accurately.

· Coordinate with the back of the house to ensure timely and accurate production.

· Monitor the progress of the orders and ensure that the quality and presentation meet company standards.

· Check in with customers to ensure that satisfaction with the food and service are met.

· Address any complaints or issues promptly and politely by communicating feedback to the manager for support.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, orders, and complaints.

· Update customer profiles and preferences in the database.

· Build and maintain positive relationships with loyal customers.

· Follow up with customers’ post-order to ensure satisfaction and encourage feedback.

· Work closely with other staff members to ensure smooth operations.

· Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
