Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide the restaurant service team (servers, stewards, busboys).
- Welcome guests, take special care of VIPs, and ensure personalized service.
- Allocate tables and manage reservations to maximize guest satisfaction and table turnover.
- Assist in taking food & beverage orders and ensure timely service.
- Train and motivate staff to maintain high service standards.
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and ensure quick resolution.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff for smooth service.
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, and ambience are maintained at all times.
- Monitor inventory of cutlery, crockery, and service equipment.
- Assist in upselling food and beverage items to increase revenue.
- Prepare shift reports and update the restaurant manager on daily operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food & beverage service, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of food, beverages, and service techniques.
- Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
