Role Overview:
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent guest experiences, maximizing profitability, and maintaining high operational standards. This role involves team leadership, customer service, cost management, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver high-quality service.
- Plan staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Monitor and control inventory, stock, and food & beverage costs.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations (HACCP standards).
- Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution and guest retention.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate food preparation and service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, revenue, and profitability.
- Conduct daily/weekly sales reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
- Maintain restaurant ambiance, cleanliness, and overall brand standards.
- Assist in recruitment, performance evaluations, and staff development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a reputed F&B outlet/hotel.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of F&B operations, customer service, and cost control.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent preferred.
- Knowledge of POS systems and MS Office applications.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
