Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and provide a positive first impression of the restaurant.
  • Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, or change due to customers.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.
  • Balance cash register at the start and end of each shift and report discrepancies.
  • Assist in daily reporting of sales and cash collections to the supervisor or management.
  • Respond promptly and politely to customer inquiries or complaints.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations at the front desk.
  • Follow restaurant policies regarding discounts, vouchers, or promotions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong numerical and cash handling skills.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Professional and courteous attitude.
