Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
- Prepare food and beverages according to company recipes and hygiene standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, kitchen, and service counters.
- Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed.
- Assist in stock handling and inventory management.
- Support team members during busy hours to ensure efficient service.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and grooming standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Matric / Intermediate qualification.
- Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
