Also, you will make some great money. Starting at a minimum of $13 per hour plus tips (Which average $4.00+ for the year) for crew putting you at close to $17.00 per hour. Of course this varies depending on how much of a rock star you are.

Responsibilities:

· Strong customer service skills

· Training and motivating team members

· Cashier monitoring - managing cash

· Uncompromising standards in maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

· Have excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills

· Be a true team leader and have the ability to hold others accountable as well as yourself

· Work closely with Store Manager to handle operations of store

· Have a deep commitment to customer satisfaction

· Have a strong work ethic and be dedicated to the success of the restaurant
